Partner Perks - Terms & Conditions

Offer Overview

The Printplus Partner Perks program rewards existing Printplus customers for referring new business customers to Printplus. Where a valid referral results in a qualifying order, both the referring customer and the new customer will receive a 20% discount in accordance with the below terms.

How It Works

1. The existing Printplus customer (“Referrer”) completes and submits the Partner Perks referral form via the Printplus website, providing the required details for both the Referrer and the referred business.
2. The referred business (“New Customer”) places a qualifying order with Printplus.
3. Once the qualifying order has been confirmed, both parties will become eligible for their respective rewards.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Partner Perks offer:

• The Referrer must be an existing Printplus customer.
• The New Customer must be a new business customer who has not previously placed an order with Printplus.
• The New Customer’s first order must have a minimum order value of $140 excluding GST.
• The referral form must be submitted prior to the New Customer placing their first order.
• The New Customer’s qualifying order must be approved and proceed on or before 31 December 2026.

Rewards

New Customer Reward

• The New Customer will receive 20% off their first qualifying order.
• Discount applies to one order only.
• Maximum discount value is capped at $1000 excluding GST.
• Discount cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Referrer Reward

• The Referrer will receive 20% off their next Printplus order following confirmation of the New Customer’s qualifying order.
• Discount applies to one order only.
• Maximum discount value is capped at $1000 excluding GST.
• Discount is valid for 90 days from date of issue unless otherwise advised by Printplus.
• Discount cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

General Conditions

• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or special pricing unless approved by Printplus.
• Only one referral reward may be claimed per new customer referred.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Printplus reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any referral prior to issuing rewards.
• Printplus may reject any referral where false, misleading, incomplete, or duplicate information is submitted.
• The Partner Perks referral program ends on 31 December 2026, and no referrals or qualifying orders will be accepted after this date.

Changes to Offer

Printplus reserves the right to vary, suspend, or withdraw the Partner Perks program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
